Stevens Blueprint

Stevens Blueprint is a student-run organization dedicated to building pro bono, industry-level software solutions for nonprofit organizations. Our mission is to unite students around technology for social good while delivering lasting, real-world impact to organizations that strengthen communities and promote public welfare.

Blueprint operates with over 60 volunteers and 127 active members across multiple project teams and has completed seven nonprofit projects, contributed over 5,000 volunteer hours and released open-source tools with more than 1,000 installations.

Our primary goals are twofold: to empower nonprofit partners with high-quality, scalable technology they would otherwise be unable to access, and to provide students with hands-on experience architecting and deploying production-grade systems using modern industry tools. By working on real client projects, our members develop technical, product and leadership skills while creating measurable social impact.

Funds raised through Stevens Day of Giving will directly support Blueprint’s ability to sustain and expand this work. Specifically, funding will be used for cloud infrastructure and hosting required to develop and deploy nonprofit software, premium development tools that improve reliability and productivity, and educational workshops and technical training sessions for student developers. These resources enable us to deliver more robust solutions to our nonprofit partners while maintaining a high standard of engineering and expanding opportunities for student learning and community impact.
