Stevens Women’s Lacrosse has set our sights on continuing our streak and winning the MAC Freedom Championship. Your All Rise Challenge support ensures we provide the best possible training experiences for student-athletes and supports travel that is crucial to a competitive season.
We had an amazing year, getting ranked 11th in the country and winning the MAC Conference for the third time in a row. Our team also celebrated Karen Basciano winning MAC Coach of the Year for the second time, our staff winning IWLCA Regional Coaching Staff of the Year, two players earning Third Team All-American honors, and 13 players winning MAC Freedom Awards. These achievements highlight the dedication and hard work of our student-athletes and coaching staff. Our success is in large part thanks to the community of Women’s Lacrosse supporters!
A few of our priorities this year are to update our locker room, purchase new gear and equipment for our team.
We want to focus our efforts on building support for team travel. Traveling to compete against stronger opponents is crucial for our team, as it challenges our players, and prepares them for higher levels of competition. This will help us reach our goal of going as far as possible in the NCAA’s.
Together, we can continue to build on our success and create unforgettable experiences for our student-athletes.
