In its 15th year, Stevens Softball aims to win the MAC Championship and advance to the NCAA Division III Tournament to compete for a national championship. To achieve these goals, we need your support for travel for two trips this year. Your donations will help us compete against the best teams in the country and provide the best experience for our student-athletes.
In addition to a California trip over President’s Day Weekend, the Softball team has been invited to participate in the NFCA Leadoff Classic. This opportunity to travel to Columbus, Georgia to compete in a total of 6 games with some of the top softball programs in the country is exceptional.
The Softball Team had a fantastic year, with 13 NFCA Scholar Athletes, four student-athletes named to the Division III Academic All-District Team, and one First Team All-Region selection. These achievements highlight the dedication and hard work of our student-athletes and coaching staff. Our success has brought pride to our team, supporters, and the entire school community.
Our primary fundraising priorities include travel for competition and an end of year banquet. In total, these trips will both represent significant expenses. Gifts made through this year’s All Rise Challenge will leave our athletes with the best possible training and competition opportunities, ensuring they can perform at their highest level.
